Don spent 25 years building a specialized small business finance and management services company dedicated to providing long-term growth capital to build sustainable and wealth job creating small businesses in underserved markets. Under his leadership, the investment capital grew from managing one small Fund with less than $5 million to managing multiple Funds of nearly $250 million. Don is a proven executive and operator highly skilled in leading and managing people, processes, and plan to actual results. His experience includes capital formation, including alternative finance strategies, board governance, transition management, financial engineering, portfolio management, and team building. He is a dynamic teacher/speaker with a passion for creating, acquiring, modernizing, and building competitive and sustainable organizations.
He has participated in over 200 Board meetings as a Director, Audit Committee Chairman, member of Compensation, Investment and Valuation Committees, and has served as Chairman for Board and Shareholder meetings. Don has nearly five years as a college administrator and faculty member. He is also experienced in various management roles within Manufacturing, Human Resources, and Industrial Engineering.
He completed ten years of military service, active and reserve. Don earned an MBA from Pepperdine University and a BBA from Southern Methodist University
Bernard R. O’Donnell is a Director and Executive Vice President of Frontier Oilfield Services, Inc. Since April 2005, Mr. O’Donnell has been an officer of the company and has been responsible for managing investor relations. Concurrently, Mr. O’Donnell was President and Managing Principal of an affiliated FINRA licensed broker-dealer, Euro American Capital Corp. Over his six years of raising capital as an affiliate of Frontier, Mr. O’Donnell raised more than $54 million for oil and gas drilling programs. Mr. O’Donnell has had 34 years of executive level experience in investment banking, sales management, and brokerage operations in the securities industry. He has held series 7, 24, 63, and 66 securities licenses. Mr. O’Donnell has an MBA and a BS degree in Business and Industrial Management from San Jose State University.
